Enquiries and meeting requests

Submitting an enquiry does not authorize paid work. A meeting request does not reserve a calendar slot. Rescheduling and cancellation requests do not change a meeting until Caldereth replies to confirm the change.

The meeting forms are for appointment requests. They are not a substitute for contacting us about cancelling a paid project, ending a care plan or requesting a refund.

Services and purchases

Discuss deliverables, pricing, dependencies and timing with us before authorizing work. Websites, branding, business-system implementation and ongoing care are distinct services; a purchase includes the items identified in its written scope.

Platform subscriptions, AI usage, calls, messages, phone numbers and other provider costs are separate unless the written scope expressly includes them. Website examples and package descriptions do not replace the terms supplied for a particular purchase.

Using the site responsibly

Provide accurate contact details so we can respond. Do not put passwords, payment-card information or confidential customer records into the enquiry or appointment forms.

Do not use the website to send malicious material, bypass access controls or attempt to enter nonpublic accounts. This does not restrict ordinary browsing, public search indexing or assistive technology.

Examples, materials and links

Project examples and other materials can involve Caldereth, client and third-party rights. Viewing an example does not grant permission to reproduce it, redistribute a system or use another business’s brand. Ask us about the appropriate permission or license.

Links to other websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. A provider’s availability, pricing and features can change independently of Caldereth.
