MATERIALS & PROJECT RIGHTS
Know what you receive. Know the rights that come with it.
A practical summary of delivered materials, project rights and third-party credits.
The written purchase scope identifies the materials being delivered and their ownership or licence terms. These may include website code, design files, photographs, fonts, configured tools and customer-specific documents. Ask for the rights that matter to your business to be recorded before purchase.
Customers keep the documentation delivered with their purchased implementation. Use, transfer, resale and redistribution rights follow the stated purchase licence; redistribution is included only when expressly granted. This page does not create a separate ownership transfer or resale licence.

Design deliverables
For purchased logo and branding work, the agreed deliverables can include genuine vector SVG, PDF and EPS files, transparent PNG files, colour references and a simplified one-colour version. Your quote identifies the formats and adaptations included.
Embroidery adaptation, provider digitisation, animation, additional poses, print production and third-party licensing are separately scoped unless listed in the project agreement. A vector artwork file is not an embroidery stitch file.

Customer-supplied and third-party materials
Tell us about restrictions on the logos, photographs, text, trademarks or other materials you supply for a project. Permissions for material owned by someone else need to be resolved for its intended use.
Third-party software, services, fonts and media retain their own licence or service terms. A project purchase does not remove those conditions or include subscriptions and provider charges unless the scope says so.
If you want to reuse Caldereth artwork, identity elements or website content beyond viewing this website, contact us to discuss permission.

Imagery and map credits
The footer uses a compressed, visually treated derivative of the James Webb Space Telescope Cassiopeia A NIRCam image. Full original image credit: NASA, ESA, CSA, STScI, Danny Milisavljevic (Purdue University), Ilse De Looze (UGhent), Tea Temim (Princeton University).
The rotating Earth uses Natural Earth coastline data and NASA Earth Observatory / Suomi NPP VIIRS Black Marble night-light geography from 2016. Natural Earth map data is public domain. The globe rendering, added satellites, stars and motion are illustrative presentation.
These credits identify source material. They do not imply endorsement by NASA, ESA, CSA, STScI, Natural Earth or the named contributors. Source materials keep their applicable usage conditions.
