THE PROJECT APPROACH
Know what is being built. Know what comes next.
A deliberate path from the first conversation to delivery.
A good project starts with a clear picture of the business, the work being purchased and the people responsible for decisions. We agree on that before treating a feature list as a build plan.
The project moves through definition, design, production and review. The scope tells us what belongs in each stage, what depends on your team and what delivery means.

FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION
Bring the right inputs. Keep the work moving.
We begin with what exists today and what needs to change. Your business supplies the facts, approved material and access needed for the agreed work.
Design decisions are reviewed before they spread through the project. Changes that affect the scope, cost or delivery are addressed as changes, with the next step agreed together.
Your business facts
The services, coverage, contact details and policies customers need to know. We need your approval before publishing these facts.
Your content and assets
Existing brand files, photographs and useful project examples, with permission to use them.
The people making decisions
A named person who can review the direction, approve content and resolve questions.
Access to the right tools
The hosting, domain and business-system access required for the agreed connections. Credentials stay out of public content.
AFTER THE BUILD
A useful handover. Clear responsibilities.
Your handover should identify the delivered pages, assets and configured connections. It should also say what was checked, which providers are involved and who is responsible for the next change.
Hosting, platform subscriptions and ongoing work are discussed as part of the operating plan. Optional care is a separate scope; it is not a substitute for understanding what was delivered.
The written project agreement sets the commercial terms, approvals, ownership and delivery responsibilities. We confirm those for the actual project.
