Actual work you can explore. JR’s Body Inc and Skint Knuckles Garage needed distinct paths for body repairs and mechanical service. Get Your Fence On needed material information, a fence calculator and a project-intake journey. Caldereth designed and built both websites. Get Your Fence On is our own fencing business. Build the experience around that work. From the first impression to the quote, the conversation and the work that follows. Choose the design, bidding tools, reception and connections your business actually needs. Website design & development A distinctive identity, clear service pages and responsive layouts. Built around what your customers need. Bidding & design systems Scope, pricing inputs and project details in a considered quoting process. Planned around the way you sell and deliver the work. Forms & booking journeys Focused questions and a clear next step, connected to the tools your business uses. Voice & chat reception Voice and chat journeys with reviewed wording, clear navigation and deliberate handoffs. Follow-up & business tools Connect each agreed next step to the right tool and the person responsible. Launch & handoff Review the actual build, document its delivery and agree who maintains it. FROM INTEREST TO A NEXT STEP The enquiry is only the beginning. Build what happens next. An unanswered form, a missed call or an unclear next step can leave a good conversation unfinished. We map the journey after someone gets in touch: the details to collect, the questions that establish fit and the route to a useful consultation. Booking, replies and requests for a person should change what happens next. We configure those decisions together, including when follow-up stops. An illustrative lead journey from enquiry through qualification, booking and follow-through A proposed journey, configured around your offer, permissions and connected tools. THE NEXT STEP HAS A PURPOSE ENQUIRY / FIT / CONSULTATION / FOLLOW-THROUGH The enquiry Keep the need and its source The right fit Ask the missing questions The consultation Confirm the actual booking The follow-through Respond to what changes Ask what matters Collect the details needed for the work, without turning the first conversation into an interrogation. Offer the right next step A consultation, a missing question or a person who can help. The route follows the enquiry. Keep the conversation coherent Plan booking confirmations and follow-up together so customers are not receiving competing messages. Respect the reply Agree when follow-up pauses, who takes over and how a clear no ends the sequence. The next step should respect what the customer has told you. WHEN A PERSON NEEDS TO STEP IN A handoff needs more than a notification. The person responding needs to know who asked, what happened and what they need to do. We define who receives a request, what context travels with it and what should happen if it goes unanswered. A new task is a starting point; it is not the same as a resolved customer request. Voice and chat handling should leave a useful conversation for the next person, including the customer’s question and any promises already made. A customer request becomes a contextual handoff to the responsible person An illustrative handoff. People, response windows and supported channels are agreed for each installation. CONTEXT GOES WITH THE REQUEST QUESTION / HISTORY / OWNER / NEXT ACTION The question What the customer needs The history What has already happened The owner Who is responsible next The next action What needs a response A useful brief The question, relevant history and the reason a person is needed. An accountable next step A named role and an agreed response path, including what happens when someone is unavailable. HOW WE WORK The finish is deliberate. So is the process. A conversation first. A written scope and investment before the build. Review the work together before launch. Bring your current website, the tools you use and the part of your business that needs attention. We discuss the right scope, the information needed and who will be responsible for each next step. The proposal sets out the pages, connections, deliverables and investment. Website packages include two consolidated revision rounds; platform subscriptions and usage are separate. Understand & define Verified business details, assets and customer needs. A clear scope before design begins. Design the experience Original art direction, purposeful layouts and a consistent visual system. Build & connect Pages and agreed connections built at their source, with client data kept separate. Review & deliver Rendered layouts and configured journeys checked against the agreed scope. BUILT TO BE UNDERSTOOD You should know what you are taking over. The finished experience is one part of the delivery. Understanding its connections matters too. Your purchased scope determines what we build and what we hand over. We document the configured components, the connections between them and the responsibilities that remain with you. The handoff should make it clear what was checked, what depends on another provider and where to go when something needs attention. Your build, tools, checks and handoff An example of a clear handoff, shaped around your project. BUILT. CONNECTED. CHECKED. YOURS. YOUR BUILD / YOUR TOOLS / THE CHECKS / YOUR HANDOFF Your build Pages & systems in your scope Your tools How the agreed tools connect The checks What we checked before handoff Your handoff Who looks after what Your configured inventory The pages, forms, calendars, reception and tools included in the agreed work. A clear record of what was delivered. Your connection map How enquiries, conversations, bidding and agreed next steps move between the configured tools. Your verification record The version inspected, the journeys checked and any provider dependencies or limitations still requiring attention. Your ownership & reference Customer-specific documentation, account responsibilities and a clear route for agreed changes. Credentials stay out of the files. A SCOPE. AN INVESTMENT. NO GUESSWORK. Know where to start. Choose what the business needs. Website, business-system and brand-design work are scoped separately. These are the current starting points, not a combined package. Website builds start at $5,500. Connected booking starts at $7,500; larger website tiers are $12,500, $18,000 and $27,500.
