Contract Terms | Caldereth Infrastructure A plain-language summary of how Caldereth scopes, reviews and hands off work. CONTRACT TERMS / 01 Start with a written scope This page explains our service approach. It is not a complete customer agreement or a substitute for the terms provided with your purchase. Before work is authorized, the written scope should identify the parties, deliverables, price, payment schedule, dependencies and project-specific terms. Only the pages, features, integrations, migration work and other deliverables identified in that scope are included. Website page counts are limits, not a requirement to create filler pages. Additional services need their own agreed scope. CONTRACT TERMS / 02 The inputs that make work possible Customers provide the business facts, approved content, usable assets, access and decisions needed for the project. Access should be supplied through an agreed secure method, not a public enquiry form. Provider plans, account permissions, third-party approvals and available features can affect what can be configured. The project schedule depends on the agreed work and timely inputs; examples of turnaround times are not unconditional delivery guarantees. CONTRACT TERMS / 03 Website review and corrections Website packages include two consolidated revision rounds in total, during design review and through 14 days after launch. Launch does not restart the round count. A round is one consolidated feedback list from the designated approver within the agreed scope. Website handoff includes a 30-day defect-correction period. Correcting a defect does not consume a revision round. New features, additional pages, a redesign or changed requirements are scope changes and require a separate quote. CONTRACT TERMS / 04 Installed-system review For purchased system implementation, two consolidated revision rounds are available within 30 days of implementation handoff, across the installed components together rather than two rounds per component. A new integration, feature or business rule is additional scope. Documentation and configuration must reflect the components actually purchased and delivered; an illustrative system is not proof of a completed installation. CONTRACT TERMS / 05 Handoff and permissions The agreed handoff identifies the delivered components, configuration records, documentation and walkthrough. Customer access, ownership and use permissions follow the written scope, purchase license and applicable platform terms. No general permission to resell, redistribute or transfer reusable systems is implied by this page. Third-party materials and subscriptions remain subject to their own licenses and terms. CONTRACT TERMS / 06 Ongoing care and outside costs Care is optional and has a defined allowance and scope. Included monthly minor-edit time does not roll over. New development, new pages, campaigns and other work outside the plan need a separate agreement. Provider subscriptions and usage charges are separate unless expressly included. Customers maintain the required provider subscriptions and backups; backup management is not included by default. Ending care ends that service; account access follows the applicable ownership and platform terms. CONTRACT TERMS / 07 Confirm the commercial details before purchase Payment timing, cancellation, refunds, termination and the specific rights supplied with the project must be clear in the terms provided for your purchase. Contact us if any of those terms are missing or unclear before authorizing work. QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PAGE Talk it through with us. Email admin@caldereth.com with a question about contract terms.
